Shipping Policy

Delivery within South Africa

We currently ship within South Africa only. All orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain threshold — check our website for current promotions.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email with your tracking information once it has been dispatched.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your delivery in real time.

Delivery issues

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, please contact us at hello@lumara.co.za with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
